You can uninstall or removes an installed libc6-dev-mipsn32-mips64el-cro package itself from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libc6-dev-mipsn32-mips64el-cro

Uninstall libc6-dev-mipsn32-mips64el-cro including dependent package
