libc6-dev-mips32-mips64-cross software package provides GNU C Library: o32 Development Libraries for MIPS (for cross-compiling), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc6-dev-mips32-mips64-cross
libc6-dev-mips32-mips64-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libc6-dev-mips32-mips64-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc6-dev-mips32-mips64-cross *
