libbot-basicbot-pluggable-perl software package provides extended simple IRC bot for pluggable modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbot-basicbot-pluggable-perl
libbot-basicbot-pluggable-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbot-basicbot-pluggable-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbot-basicbot-pluggable-perl*
