libblasr software package provides tools for aligning PacBio reads to target sequences, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libblasr
libblasr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libblasr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblasr *
You will get with libblasr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
