libbitcoin0v5-dbg software package provides Bitcoin toolkit library for asynchronous apps - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbitcoin0v5-dbg
libbitcoin0v5-dbg is installed in your system.
