libbio-chado-schema-perl software package provides DBIx::Class layer for the Chado database schema, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbio-chado-schema-perl
libbio-chado-schema-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbio-chado-schema-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbio-chado-schema-perl *
You will get with libbio-chado-schema-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
