libbamtools2.4.0 software package provides dynamic library for manipulating BAM (genome alignment) files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbamtools2.4.0
libbamtools2.4.0 is installed in your system.
