libaws3.3.2 software package provides Ada Web Server shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaws3.3.2
libaws3.3.2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaws3.3.2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaws3.3.2 *
