How to uninstall or remove libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross software package from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross package itself from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross

Uninstall libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross including dependent package

If you would like to remove libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross

Use Purging libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross

If you use with purge options to libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libasan2-dbg-arm64-cross
