libapache-pom-java software package provides Maven metadata for all Apache Software projects, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache-pom-java
libapache-pom-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache-pom-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache-pom-java *
You will get with libapache-pom-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
