libaosd-text2 software package provides atheme.org's on screen display library - text layout, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaosd-text2
libaosd-text2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaosd-text2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaosd-text2 *
You will get with libaosd-text2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
