libanjuta-dev software package provides GNOME development IDE, for C/C++ - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libanjuta-dev
libanjuta-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libanjuta-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libanjuta-dev *
You will get with libanjuta-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
