liballegro-image5-dev software package provides header files for the Allegro 5 image addon, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liballegro-image5-dev
liballegro-image5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liballegro-image5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liballegro-image5-dev *
You will get with liballegro-image5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
