libalberta4 software package provides adaptive finite element library (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalberta4
libalberta4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalberta4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalberta4 *
You will get with libalberta4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
