libair-modes0 software package provides Gnuradio Mode-S/ADS-B radio - library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libair-modes0
libair-modes0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libair-modes0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libair-modes0 *
You will get with libair-modes0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
