libaec-tools software package provides Adaptive Entropy Coding library (utilies), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaec-tools
libaec-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaec-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaec-tools *
You will get with libaec-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
