language-pack-kde-fa software package provides KDE translation meta package for language Farsi, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install language-pack-kde-fa
language-pack-kde-fa is installed in your system.
Make ensure the language-pack-kde-fa package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep language-pack-kde-fa *
You will get with language-pack-kde-fa package name, version, architecture and description in a table
