kio-smpq software package provides KDE4 kio plugin for StormLib MPQ archiving utility, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kio-smpq
kio-smpq is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kio-smpq package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kio-smpq *
You will get with kio-smpq package name, version, architecture and description in a table
