kinit-dev software package provides process launcher to speed up launching KDE applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kinit-dev
kinit-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kinit-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kinit-dev *
You will get with kinit-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
