jmodeltest software package provides HPC selection of models of nucleotide substitution, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install jmodeltest
jmodeltest is installed in your system.
Make ensure the jmodeltest package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jmodeltest *
You will get with jmodeltest package name, version, architecture and description in a table
