id3tool software package provides Command line editor for id3 tags, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install id3tool
id3tool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the id3tool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep id3tool *
You will get with id3tool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
