icu-devtools-dbg software package provides Development utilities for International Components for Unicode (debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icu-devtools-dbg
icu-devtools-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icu-devtools-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icu-devtools-dbg *
You will get with icu-devtools-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
