icoutils software package provides Create and extract MS Windows icons and cursors, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icoutils
icoutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icoutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icoutils *
You will get with icoutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
