gpgv-win32 software package provides GNU privacy guard - signature verification tool (win32 build), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gpgv-win32
gpgv-win32 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gpgv-win32 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpgv-win32 *
You will get with gpgv-win32 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
