google-android-platform-3-inst software package provides Google's Android SDK Platform 3 Installer, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install google-android-platform-3-inst
google-android-platform-3-inst is installed in your system.
Make ensure the google-android-platform-3-inst package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep google-android-platform-3-inst*
You will get with google-android-platform-3-inst package name, version, architecture and description in a table
