golang-toml-dev software package provides Transitional package for golang-github-burntsushi-toml-dev, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-toml-dev
golang-toml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-toml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-toml-dev *
You will get with golang-toml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
