gobi-loader software package provides Firmware loader for Qualcom GobiUSB chipsets, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gobi-loader
gobi-loader is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gobi-loader package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gobi-loader *
You will get with gobi-loader package name, version, architecture and description in a table
