gobgpd software package provides BGP implemented in Go (daemon and client), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gobgpd
gobgpd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gobgpd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gobgpd *
You will get with gobgpd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
