gnome-shell-extension-remove-d software package provides removes drop down arrows from panel on GNOME shell, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extension-remove-d
gnome-shell-extension-remove-d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-shell-extension-remove-d package were installed using the commands given below,
