gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi software package provides GNU Fortran 95 compiler for the mips64el architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi
gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi*
You will get with gfortran-mips64el-linux-gnuabi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
