gccgo-multilib-mipsel-linux-gn software package provides Go compiler (based on GCC) for the mipsel architecture, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gccgo-multilib-mipsel-linux-gn
gccgo-multilib-mipsel-linux-gn is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gccgo-multilib-mipsel-linux-gn package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gccgo-multilib-mipsel-linux-gn*
