gazebo7-common software package provides Open Source Robotics Simulator - Shared files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gazebo7-common
gazebo7-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gazebo7-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gazebo7-common *
You will get with gazebo7-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
