garli-examples software package provides phylogenetic analysis of molecular sequence data using maximum-likelihood (examples), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install garli-examples
garli-examples is installed in your system.
Make ensure the garli-examples package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep garli-examples *
You will get with garli-examples package name, version, architecture and description in a table
