fvwm1 software package provides Old version of the F(?) Virtual Window Manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fvwm1
fvwm1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fvwm1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fvwm1 *
You will get with fvwm1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
