frescobaldi software package provides Qt4 LilyPond sheet music editor, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install frescobaldi
frescobaldi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the frescobaldi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep frescobaldi *
You will get with frescobaldi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
