freeglut3 software package provides OpenGL Utility Toolkit, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freeglut3
freeglut3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freeglut3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freeglut3 *
You will get with freeglut3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
