fonts-ipafont-mincho software package provides Japanese OpenType font set, IPA Mincho font, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-ipafont-mincho
fonts-ipafont-mincho is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-ipafont-mincho package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-ipafont-mincho *
You will get with fonts-ipafont-mincho package name, version, architecture and description in a table
