fonts-ddc-uchen software package provides ddc Dzongkha Development Commission free OpenType Tibetan font, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-ddc-uchen
fonts-ddc-uchen is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-ddc-uchen package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-ddc-uchen *
You will get with fonts-ddc-uchen package name, version, architecture and description in a table
