embassy-domsearch software package provides Extra EMBOSS commands to search for protein domains, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install embassy-domsearch
embassy-domsearch is installed in your system.
Make ensure the embassy-domsearch package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep embassy-domsearch *
You will get with embassy-domsearch package name, version, architecture and description in a table
