elpa-recursive-narrow software package provides narrow-to-region that operates recursively, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-recursive-narrow
elpa-recursive-narrow is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-recursive-narrow package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-recursive-narrow *
You will get with elpa-recursive-narrow package name, version, architecture and description in a table
