elpa-monokai-theme software package provides fruity color theme for Emacs, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-monokai-theme
elpa-monokai-theme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-monokai-theme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-monokai-theme *
You will get with elpa-monokai-theme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
