dracut-config-generic software package provides Low-level tool for generating an initramfs image, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dracut-config-generic
dracut-config-generic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dracut-config-generic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dracut-config-generic *
You will get with dracut-config-generic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
