distccmon-gnome software package provides GTK+ monitor for distcc a distributed client and server, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install distccmon-gnome
distccmon-gnome is installed in your system.
Make ensure the distccmon-gnome package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep distccmon-gnome *
You will get with distccmon-gnome package name, version, architecture and description in a table
