dh-dist-zilla software package provides debhelper add-on to call dzil build and clean up after the build, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-dist-zilla
dh-dist-zilla is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-dist-zilla package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-dist-zilla *
You will get with dh-dist-zilla package name, version, architecture and description in a table
