ddcci-dkms software package provides DDC/CI driver, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ddcci-dkms
ddcci-dkms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ddcci-dkms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ddcci-dkms *
You will get with ddcci-dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
