daptup software package provides reporter of changes in list of available packages from repositories, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install daptup
daptup is installed in your system.
Make ensure the daptup package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep daptup *
You will get with daptup package name, version, architecture and description in a table
