How to uninstall or remove cvs2svn software package from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus)

You can uninstall or removes an installed cvs2svn package itself from Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove cvs2svn

Uninstall cvs2svn including dependent package

If you would like to remove cvs2svn and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cvs2svn
Use Purging cvs2svn

If you use with purge options to cvs2svn package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge cvs2svn

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cvs2svn
