cudf-tools software package provides command line tools for package upgrade problem descriptions, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cudf-tools
cudf-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cudf-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cudf-tools *
You will get with cudf-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
