clonalframe software package provides inference of bacterial microevolution using multilocus sequence data, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clonalframe
clonalframe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clonalframe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clonalframe *
You will get with clonalframe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
