cdecl software package provides Turn English phrases to C or C++ declarations, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cdecl
cdecl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cdecl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cdecl *
You will get with cdecl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
